The ultrabooks were much worse than previously thought. The reality is that it is a format that promised a lot. Come on, fast computers at prices that were supposed to be more significant and famous companies, as we know, make products that, at least, are worth paying attention. Well, it was not. Sales are rojísimos margins, companies are lowering prices and now it seems that Intel devised a new move by which they intend to get into the business to smaller companies to manufacture this new portable format.

The list of companies with whom I will meet the high is quite long and they include Epson, Onkyo, Viewsonic, Mustek, Motion Computing, Wipro and are positive, at least, that s being discussed at this time. Most of them, but are not leaders, they are famous and Wipro and positive, you may not know them, are famous throughout the world but are major players in some regions.

Not all of these companies have the means to build ultrabooks and so Intel is also talking to companies that are responsible for manufacturing, as Foxconn, for example. HP, Dell, Acer, Asus and Toshiba are not too worried because they are already thinking about what will be the next range of ultrabooks that will appear during 2012 with the new processors Ivy Bridge.

Meanwhile the company continues to lead this market is Apple. The reason is simple.
